The location of the hotel was particularly good and excellent - not too far away from Arizona Science Center. A convenience shop and convenience stores were right next door. A decent size rooms with the ac did, crusty coffeemaker, as for instance, liked it.

There was no water pressure in bathroom, it kinda bothered us.

This is an excellent value and perfectly fine place for short stay. The units are decent sized and updated in disrepair-curtain. The rate is £ 113, satisfied.

It has brand-new and quiet rooms with flat screen cable TV, a microwave and a fridge.

It's a pity but there was no water pressure in bathroom.

Everything was good, had a really really nice stay for my first visit to the US. Affable and helpful staff who were always there to help. I loved the queen room. There were a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator in the room too.

Good, standard hotel. Good to have free parking on site. Good wi-fi. Good breakfast, but only till 9:00am. There is a pool, but I don't think there are complimentary towels.

Noisy a/c, but if you keep the room cool during the day, you can turn it off while sleeping.

We caught a baseball game and explored local spots. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice and varied. Rooms were clean. If you're looking for a solid budget stay, this is it.

One downside was the missing bath towel. They seemed to rush through cleaning. But overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, with a tv and good coffee available each morning, and it's conveniently located just a quick walk from the light rail stop.

Pillows were small and the breakfast was minimal.

The room presented a concerning state with torn drapes and unsightly stains that indicated a lack of maintenance. Upon arrival, the staff showed little initiative to address these issues or make accommodations. Despite a decent homemade soup at nearby places, the overall experience prompted an early departure. The cost of $133 felt unjustifiable for the conditions encountered.

The kids loved the pool area. It was a nice way for them to unwind after our long drive. Breakfast was available, helpful in starting our busy days exploring the city. The location is decent to reach downtown, though it takes a bit of walking.

My wife says that the overall cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely swimming pool. I remember losing my car keys on my first stay, and the staff were so helpful in finding them. Highly recommend!
